The increasing speed of life in the 21st century makes it more and more difficult for us to take a proper look at the world we’re living in, even to take a proper look at ourselves. While we move faster and faster every day, we seem to lose depth at an equal rate.
I believe that a good photo gives us the chance to stop for a moment – to stand still. A chance to become absorbed in a single moment, while the rest of the world continues with its hectic routine. A chance for reflection, and also for deep emotions.
In my work as a photographer I therefore always try to create images which make you stop and think...and feel. Images which are unique and, most importantly, which are a true and natural reflection of a certain moment or situation.
